A.No.6473 of 2019 in C.S.Sr.No.102199 of 2019 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J., In the suit filed for recovery of money, this application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit before this Court. 2.Ms.AL.Ganthimathi, learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff would submit that the respondent/defendant has entered into an agreement with the applicant to purchase six flats for the total sale consideration of Rs.3,33,92,640/-. Though, the respondent has paid a sum of Rs.1,68,00,000/-, he is due to pay the balance amount.

3. According to the learned counsel for the applicant that the entire cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. This application has been filed since the respondent is having residence and office outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Page No.1/3

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, leave is granted. 04.09.2019 ms Page No.2/3
