Today the matter is listed under the caption "for clarification".

2. It was brought to the notice of this Court that the petition in Crl.O.P.No.21084 of 2021 was filed before this Court in Crime Number Not Known of 2021 seeking for anticipatory bail and since, the petitioner was arrested by that time, this Court closed the petition. Whereas, there is some mistake crept in the 1st paragraph of order wherein the crime number and the offences are wrongly mentioned. Hence, he would seek for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above, the 1st paragraph of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.21084 of 2021 dated 11.11.2021 shall be read as follows;

1. The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(B), 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No. Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
