These Civil Revision Petitions have been listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the Order dated 29.07.2025, in paragraph 50 [1], it is mentioned as if the tenant has to pay the compensation of double the admitted monthly rent from August 2020 till October 2022, but the tenant has to pay the compensation of double the rent from 01.08.2020 to 31.12.2022 and hence, seeks clarification in this regard.

3. Considering the above submissions, in the Order in CRP.Nos.4284, 2850 and 3787 of 2023, dated 29.07.2025, in paragraph 50[1] in the sixth line, instead of 'August 2020 till October 2022', it shall be read as 'from 01.08.2020 to 31.12.2022, though they vacated on 03.01.2023, this Court restricts the payment till 31.12.2022'.
