Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every month of 1st working day at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No. 4772 of 2021 dated 17.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12107 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4772 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12107 of 2021 on 17.04.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
