2. This application is filed to permit the applicant/plaintiff to amend the plaint's cause title, long cause title and statement of addresses in C.S.No.256 of 2020..

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Originally by inadvertence, the suit was filed in the name of the Power Agent instead of the Principal represented by the Power Agent. To rectify the said mistake, this application has been filed.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, the application is allowed.

6. Despite service of notice on the respondents, till date, no objection has been received by them. There is also no representation on the side of the respondents today.

7. Learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in terms of the order passed today.
