Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every month on the 1st working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.4770/2021 dated 17.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12807/2020 dated 24.08.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4770 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12807 of 2020 on 17.04.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
