This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to third respondents to consider petitioner representation letter dated 11.07.2018 filed by the petitioner and further directing the third respondent to implement the order of second respondent and issue separate patta to the petitioner in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.07.2018, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
