ORDER
This revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the II Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, to dispose the O.S.No.151 of 209 within a time frame.
2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision, even without issuing notice to the respondent.
3. The first respondent filed a suit for declaration and injunction in O.S.No.151 of 2009 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore and the revision petitioners are 10th and 11th defendants in the said suit.
4. The perusal of the docket order filed in the typed set of 2/4
papers would suggest that the suit has been kept pending from 31.07.2020 onwards, for commencement of trial. Since there is no substantial progress in the suit proceedings from July 2020, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.151 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
