I/22/01/2021-Admn dated 01.04.2021 (IN W.M.P.No.25500/2021) Pending disposal of the W.P.No.24173/2021 and (ii)To pass an order of Interim stay of operation of the order vide reference File NO. I/(22)/OTH/371/2021 - ADMN - O/o. COMMR - CGST - SALEM dated 18.06.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent cancelling the House-Keeping contract awarded in Tender No. 2021-DREV-617802-1 vide reference C.No.I/22/01/2021-Admn dated 01.04.2021 (IN W.M.P.No.18867/2021) pending disposal of the above W.P.No.17703/2021.
Order : These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.HARISHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both the Petitions and of MR.R.SUBRAMANIAM, ACGSC for the Respondents in both the Petitions, the court made the following order:- As Writ Petitions are filed challenging the tender proceedings, if stay is granted, no progress will be made. Hence, these Miscellaneous Petitions seeking grant of interim stay, stand dismissed.
