The petitioner has filed this petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to rectify the error that occurred in the score card dated 01.11.2021 and to consequently issue a fresh score card by awarding the marks 690 out of 720 in accordance with the OMR Sheet furnished by the first respondent on 15.10.2021.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner successfully completed her +2 Examination during the academic year 2020-2021 and also participated in the NEET Examination conducted by the first respondent on 12.09.2021. The petitioner received the answer sheet along with the key answer in the e-mail vide Roll No.4101007028 and 2/6

Test Booklet No.3145948 respectively. According to the petitioner, as per the answer key furnished to her, the petitioner has answered correctly 174 questions out of 180 questions and hence she would secure 690 marks out of 720 marks. The result of the NEET Examination was released in the website on 01.11.2021 and to her shock, the petitioner was awarded only 480 marks out of 720 marks. Immediately on 01.11.2021, the petitioner sent a mail to the first respondent showing the discrepancies in the result declared by the first respondent. The petitioner also sent another mail on 02.11.

2021 to the first respondent and requested him to verify the scanned copy of the proof of her answers in the OMR sheet and to solve the problem by rectifying the error and since the same has not evoked any response, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2021 and 02.11.2021, within a reasonable time frame.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that already she received the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheet from the respondent and the said OMR sheet will be sent to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5.Since the learned Government Advocate has received the OMR score card from the official respondent and she has agreed to send the same to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 6.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. However, after receipt of the OMR score card from the learned Government Advocate, if any problem arise, it is open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
