This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.6(c) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20597 of 2022 on 29.08.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remains unaltered.
