This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 202 days in paying the deficit Court Fees for Rs.45,046/- in A.S.SR.No.165825 of 2023.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the delay of 202 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
