O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to modify the order dated 26.10.2016 in Crl.MP.No.1158 of 2016 in Crl.MP.No.1044/2016 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The petitioners were granted bail by the Sessions Court in Crl.MP.No.1044 of 2016 on certain conditions. The petitioners filed Crl.MP.No.1158 of 2016 for relaxation of the condition, which was dismissed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur on 26.10.2016 on the ground that the petitioners had complied with the earlier conditions only for seven days. Challenging the order dated 26.10.2016 passed by the Principal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, the petitioners are before this Court. This Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed by the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruppur.

Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the Principal Sessions Court for further relaxation, if so advised.
