This application has been filed seeking to raise the order of attachment, dated 31.10.2019 passed in A. No.2013 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent / applicant would submit that the applicant has paid the dues of the respondent / applicant and therefore, this application can be allowed as prayed for.

3. Since the dues of the respondent / applicant has already been settled, the order of attachment, dated 31.10.2019 passed in A. No.2013 of 2019 has to be raised by this Court. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by raising the order of attachment dated 31.10.2019 passed in A. No.2013 of 2019.

4. Registry is directed to intimate the concerned SRO as well as the concerned Court with regard to the raising of the order of attachment and directing them to remove the attachment order from their respective records.
