The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the vehicle has already been seized and the custody of the vehicle was handed over to the applicant.

2.It is also stated that despite attempts to serve notices on the respondents, the respondents have been evasive and have not received the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Arb.Appln No. 470 of 2024 notices sent to them. However, in view of the fact that the vehicle was seized only in the presence of the respondents, no necessity to keep this Section 9 application pending.
