JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.) Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the writ appeal has become infructuous, as the academic year (2019-20), for which the appellant/writ petitioner sought admission to the MBBS Course under the Christian minority management quota in the fourth respondent college without insisting for permanent integrated certificate, has already come to an end.

2. Recording the said submission, the writ appeal stands dismissed as

infructuous. Consequently, C.M.P.No.17812 of 2019 is also dismissed. No costs.
