C.M.P.No.15396 of 2022 in O.S.A.No.304 of 2011 S.S.SUNDAR, J and P.B.BALAJI, J (Order of Court made by S.S.Sundar,J) This applicatioin is filed to transpose M.Senthil who is the fourth respondent in this petition as fourth appellant in O.S.A.No.304 of 2011.

2. This application is not opposed by the contesting respondents.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and there being no objection by the other side, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Accordingly, the fourth respondent in the present petition shall be transposed as fourth appellant in the appeal.
