The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection in allowing these applications to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the set aside petition against the order dated 14.07.2023 passed in A.Nos.3379, 3380 and 3381 of 2023 respectively in Arb.O.P.Diary No.19033 of 2023.

This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications.

Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to number the Arb. OP.Diary No.19033 of 2023 if the same is otherwise in order and list before this Court.
