This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 438 days in representing the second appeal.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 20.09.2023".

3. Post the matter on 22.09.2023 for reporting compliance.
