Therefore, the issue involved in these writ petitions are covered by decision of this Court in W.P.Nos.17736 and 21408 of 2023, dated 09.08.2023. Hence, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
