Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioner on 10.08.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.7595 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9755 of 2021. Again, this application has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to complying with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to deposit the remaining balance amount of Rs.3,00,000/- to the Credit of Crime No.201 of 2021 as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
