Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under sections 147, 148, 342, 324 and 302 IPC, in Crime No.1822 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are the friends and relatives of A1.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused murdered the deceased. Thereby the deceased lost his life. Hence the defacto complainant, who is the brother of the deceased lodged a complaint before the Law Enforcing Agency. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no way connected with the occurrence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the nature of offence and also considering that the investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
