This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16350 of 2022 on 14.07.2022 to report before the trial Court viz., I Additional Special Judge, NDPS Act, Chennai twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed which has been taken up in C.C.No.60 of 2022 on the file of the learned I Additional Special Judge, NDPS Court, Chennai.

3.
