This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action as per the petitioners representation dated 27.07.2023 to cancel the patta no. 4126 standing in the name of the unauthorized persons for the subject land.

2. On perusal of records, it appears that this matter is pending since the year 2023. Even today, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, it appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the present case. In such case, this Court is not inclined to keep this matter pending.
