2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that some mistakes have crept into the 1st paragraph of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 16.08.2023. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 1st paragraph of the order dated 16.08.2023 is to be read as follows:

"The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 406 & 477(A) of IPC and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(c) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, in Crime No.10/AC/2018, seeks anticipatory bail."

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 16.08.2023 and re-issue a fresh order copy. 27.09.2023 ata RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.
