This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2013 raising certain objection for grant of FL-2 license in the petitioner's property.
2. Totally there are 14 respondents. However, the private party against whom the petitioner had grievance by name one Mr.S.Prakash was not impleaded as a respondent. When the writ petition came up for hearing on 01.07.2013, the petitioner was
directed to implead Mr.S.Prakash who is stated to be the tenant of the petitioner. This petition though was filed in the year July 2013, the case has been listed today for the first time from the year 2018. Thus, considering the efflux of time, there would be no necessity to keep the writ petition pending any longer as the cause of action by now would have become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation before the authorities, if still there is a need to do so. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS II ) /true copy/ Sub Asst.
