ORDER

The petitioners were who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 296(b), 118(1), 109, 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.119 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners quarrelled with the defacto complainant and abused him using filthy language. It is alleged that the petitioners assaulted the de facto complainant. Due to which, the defacto complainant admitted to the hospital and discharged. Hence, the case.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that A3 has four previous cases and A4 has six previous case, and all are similar in nature. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition.
