This Criminal Revision is filed against the order, granting maintenance.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the parties have settled themselves and divorce is also been granted to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the revision. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"Since the subject matter of the petition is settled between the parties and the petitioner is also given divorce under the Sharia Act, a pronouncement of "Kulla", hence, the petitioner is not pressed the above Criminal Revision and prayed for dismissal as not pressed."

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
