This petition has been filed praying to call for the entire records in C.C.No.108 of 2006, filed by the respondent and pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Gudiyatham, Vellore District and quash the charge sheet as against the petitioner U/s.218 & 34 IPC, under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the accused who faced prosecution in C.C.No.108 of 2006, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore, Vellore District, was acquitted under Judgement dated 12.12.2012.
