ORDER

The writ petition has been filed directing the respondents 2 to 4 to forbear the respondents 5 and 6 from interfering with civil dispute between the petitioner and 7th respondent in respect of properties in 1) S.No.248/2, in an extent of 0.04 Cents out of 8 cents. 2)S.No.250/2B1B, in an extent of 0.46 cents out of 0.18.62 Acres. 3)S.No.250/2A in an extent of 0.14.5 cents out of 1.27 Acre. 4) S.No.251/1 in an extent of0.21 cents out of 0.18.5 Acre. 5)S.No. 251/2 in an extent 0.20 cent out of 0.08.0 Acre. 6)S.No. 251/4 in an extent of 0.26 cents out of 0.10.5 Acre. 7)S.No. 251/5 in an extent of 0.22 cents out of 0.09.0 Acre. S.No. 8) S.No. 251/6 in an extent of 0.32 cents out of 0.13.0 Acre. 9)S.No. 252 in an extent of 0.11 cents out of 0.04.5 Acre in a total extant of 1.96 Cents with existing Tea shop in Perumpulipakkam

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that at the instigation of the private respondents, police are interfering with the possession of the petitioner. Hence, this petition.

3. Whereas, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that FIR is registered in Cr.No.112/2024 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(1), 448, 406 & 420 of IPC.

4. Such view of the matter, with regard to the civil dispute, police have no right to interfere, hence, there shall be a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute except the law and order issue.
