ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the Court below. The petitioners apprehended arrest by the respondent police in Cr.No.206 of 2019. They filed an Anticipatory Bail petition and the Court below granted Anticipatory Bail by imposing certain conditions. 2.The petitioners are aggrieved by the condition wherein the petitioners were directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions from 01.08.2019 onwards and since they are living 30 kilometers away from the police station, they are finding it difficult to comply with the conditions.

4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required during the course of investigation.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above modification.
