Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the proceedings of the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2316/A2/AA4/2016 dated 13.08.2016 and to quash the same and to direct the second respondent to issue fresh order to the petitioner for working as secondary grade teacher in the same place i.e. Panchayat Union Middle School, Adhanur, Vedaranyam Union (Taluk) Nagapattinam District.

The Writ Petition is listed today under the caption, "For Withdrawal", based on the letter submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to the Registry on 05.07.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had also sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Petition today.

Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and in view of the letter submitted by him, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the order of status-quo granted by this Court on 19.08.2016 stand vacated and the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
