Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other Writ, Order or direction in the said nature calling for the records of the Second Respondent in connection with his notice dated NIL Ref NIL issued to the Petitioner above named under section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Act III of 1905 in respect of land measuring 0.0062 Ares in S.No.505/9 of Kedar Village, Villupuram Taluk, and quash the same and direct the Second Respondent to not to take any more action under the said enactment in respect of the above lands against the petitioner and further direct the First Respondent to consider and pass orders on the application dated 28.06.2010 of the Petitioner for grant of patta for the above lands.
