Despite the matter has been listed under the caption "for dismissal" none appeared for the petitioners. It appears that duty is also not paid and even on 22.11.2022, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted before this Court that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter. In such view of the matter, this Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
