This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 109 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Mr.V.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, 7 to 20, 22, 25 to 77, 80 to 105, 107 to 128, submitted that he has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 109 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

4.Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
