ORDER

This application has been filed seeking visitation rights of the children to the applicant, whenever the applicant visits France or otherwise whenever the respondent comes down to India.

It is an admitted fact that the children are residing with the respondent/mother in France. The applicant/father, whenever necessity arises, can always visit the children. However, if any restriction is made by the respondent/mother, the applicant can always approach this Court for appropriate orders.

Therefore this application is closed.
