A.No.4211 of 2021 in O.P.No.695 of 2021 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J This application has been filed by the petitioner / father seeking direction to establish video communication with the children and to grant temporary custody.

2.This application is with respect to establishing video communications. The father can always call the children on whatsapp video call by first sending a message through whatsapp to the respondent/ mother indicating the time when he would be calling the children and get her availability and the availability of the children. The respondent must keep in mind that she cannot avoid giving the opportunity of the petitioner to interact with the children through video call and must give a particular date and time through when he can so communicate with them. 3.This should be not later than 24 hours from the time when the petitioner makes a request for such a video call. 4.I am confident that both the petitioner and the respondent having the interest of the children in mind, would not obstruct either of the two parties from speaking to the children through video call and would come to an understanding about that.

vkr 5.Giving liberty to the petitioner to communicate through video call but placing a caveat that he should inform in advance to the respondent about the date and time and the respondent must also give a date and time within 24 hours from that particular request made, this Application stands ordered.
