This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has no objection to allow the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to condone the above said delay.
