Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the appeals.

Learned counsel for the first respondent in C.M.P.No.18300 of 2023 opposed these petitions on the ground that no sufficient cause has been mentioned.

We have gone through the affidavit filed along with the petitions. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 116 days in filing the appeals is condoned. Accordingly, the petitions are allowed and are disposed of.
