3rd Respondent Prayer:- Writ Appeal filed under clause 15 of Letters Patent, against the order made in M.P.No.01 of 2015 in W.P.No.13017 of 2015 dated 29.04.2015.

Prayer in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.13017 of 2015: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidvit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an injunction restraining the respondents from denying salary to the Petitioner for the work permormed by the petitioner BT Assistant in the 3rd respondent school pending W.P.No.13017 of 2015.

Prayer in W.P.No.13017 of 2015:has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioners case on the basis of the orders passed by the 1st respondent in the proceedings of the Director of School Education Chennai-600 006 in Na.Ka.No.34116/D1/C4/13 dated 27.11.2013 and approve his

appointment as BT Assistant in SKDJ Higher Secondary School Thiruverkadu Chennai-600 077 and provide Teaching Grant for his post.

J U D G M E N T

K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.

The learned single Judge granted interim order giving temporary approval for the appointment of the first respondent for a period of five years. The first respondent was directed to qualify in Teachers Eligibility Test in the meantime. Feeling aggrieved by the interim order, the State has come up with this intra-court appeal.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instruction, submitted that the first respondent has already complied with the order passed by the learned single Judge. Moreover, the Central Government have already extended the time for passing the Teachers Eligibility Test by 31.03.2019.

3. In view of the events narrated above, nothing survives for adjudication in this intra-court appeal.

The intra-court appeal is disposed of with the above observation.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
