ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to clarify the order dated 13.05.2026 made in W.P.No.19359 of 2026.

The order dated 13.05.2026 made in W.P.No.19359 of 2026 is clarified to the following effect and Paragraph No.5 of the order made in W.P.No.19359 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026 shall be substituted as follows : "5. Considering the health condition of the petitioner, this Court deems it necessary to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's nd rd application seeking transfer from 2 respondent-Law College to 3 nd respondent-Law College. Accordingly, the 2 respondent is rd directed to issue a 'No Objection' for the petitioner's transfer to 3 rd respondent-College, to enable him to join the 3 respondent College and to purse his final year study of B.A.L.L.B., degree course. On 2/4

rd receipt of the same, the 3 respondent College is directed to admit the petitioner in his College in the final year. In case, if the petitioner is found to have any arrears in B.A.L.L.B., degree subjects from I year to IV year, it is made clear that the petitioner will re-write the examination of the arrear subjects. It is clarified that this order is a one-time measure which has been passed considering the extreme difficult medical condition of the petitioner and the same shall not be taken as a precedent in future. The said exercise shall be concluded by 02.07.2026."

2. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
