The petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly twice for a period of four months imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8446 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28276 of 2023 vide an order dated 13.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. 3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the fact that the petitioners had complied with the conditions without fail, the condition imposed on the first petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every 1st working day of English Calendar month for 3 months. As far as the second petitioner is concerned, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the 2nd petitioner was doing business in abroad and he has to continue his business, therefore the condition may be relaxed against him in toto, considering the said representation, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the 2nd petitioner in toto.
