Today, when the matter is taken up, when it is pointed out that the cause title is wrong, the learned counsel for the petitioner, sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, however, with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with the correct cause title. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, permission is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn at the stage of admission itself, however, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with the correct cause title. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
