Writ petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the second respondent in Gratuity Application No.48 (36)/2009B2/B4/PDY including the order dated 07.11.2012 and the entire records of the first respondent in the appeal filed against the said order in Gratuity Appeal No.7 of 2013 including the order dated 08.07.2013 and quash the same.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on record for the petitioner would submit that he is no longer appearing for the petitioner and the papers have been handed over to the petitioner.

2.The matter is pending for nearly four years. This Court does not want to keep the writ petition pending any longer. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
