This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19934 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022, passed by this Court to report before the Kalpakkam Police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of four weeks.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the first and the third petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly whereas, the second petitioner has not complied with the conditions.

5. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14056 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1 and 3 shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the relaxation sought by the second petitioner stands dismissed.

6. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
