This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13313 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12698 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is the third petition filed by the petitioner seeking extension. This Court vide order dated 25.08.2022 had imposed the following condition: "petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of COVID-19 SALEM DISTRICT; SB.A/c No : 190601000434; IFSC code : ICIC0006119; The Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector, Collectorate, Room No.117, First Floor, Salem-636 001, Ph.No.9445008148 and that the receipt of such deposit shall be produced before the concerned Magistrate at the time of executing the bond". He would further submit that now the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit a further amount of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) and hence, seeks for extension of time. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, apart from the amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), the petitioner is directed to pay an additional amount of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
