JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH,J.) This Writ Appeal is filed as against the order of the learned Single Judge passed in W.P.No.12772 of 2014, dated 06.11.2014, by the 2nd respondent therein, wherein, the learned Single Judge of this Court by order dated 16.04.2014 allowed the same by setting aside the impugned order of termination issued against the petitioner bearing Ref.No.1/WHSSV/ESTT/2013-14 dated 16.04.2014 of the 2nd respondent.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the appellant would submit that pursuant to the order passed by the Single Judge of this Court, the petitioner was already reinstated in service on 26.10.2016. Therefore, he is not pressing this Writ Appeal. Further, other changes will be done in accordance with law and the appellant herein will not come in the way of the petitioner, while discharging her duty.
