The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a Report stating that the vehicle was repossesed and handed over to the applicant.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the learned Advocate Commissioner has not served a copy of the Report to him.

3. The Report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Recording the above submission, no further orders are required to be made and hence, the present application is closed. The warrant issued to the Advocate Commissioner is discharged.
