The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2022 and to pass order on her representation in accordance with law and consequently, directing the respondents to survey and to earmark the four boundaries to the petitioner property suited in Old Survey No.724/79A, New Survey No.1076/10A, in Old No.108, New No.81, Manimangalam Village, Kunnrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner by the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner ratifies the aforesaid Page No.2 of 5

submission and submitted that the third respondent has issued patta only to the minimum extent of land and prayed this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy for getting patta for the remaining extent of land.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this present writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner know to law. No costs.
