2.The petitioner association was registered under the Society Registration Act comprising of 32 members and by practising medicine, are providing elementary aid to the suffering humanity in rural areas and according to the petitioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh in G.O.Ms.No.629, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (K1) Department, dated 01.04.2008, constituted an Advisory Committee to work out modalities to integrate the services of registered Medical Practitioners in the health/ medical system in the State and in this regard, they have also submitted a representation in the form of Lawyer notice to the first respondent praying for passing of similar Government Order and though it was received and acknowledged, no response is forthcoming and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Ganapathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.This Court taking into consideration, the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner association either in their representation or in this writ petition, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in the form of Lawyer notice dated 08.01.2016, in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
